When I was trying to lose weight, I was very frustrated with all the random, confusing, unorganized pieces of information out there about what to eat to lose weight.
Every diet was different from the next and I just felt so confused with not knowing what to do everyday and then it seemed like everywhere I looked there was another expert telling me to eat a balanced diet or just eat less calories that I burned or stay away from certain foods and only eat certain foods.
Everything in moderation and the absolute worst that I can’t stand is lose weight without giving up your favorite foods. So I just couldn’t keep up with these things and I did not like doing the plans that required me to measure out my food or calculate out the ratios between carbs, fats and protein. I mean I’m a busy mom of two young children and I just don’t have time for crazy complex diets that require doing all these different phases of cleanses and detox and resets.
It’s crazy. And I also just didn’t have time to spend hours and hours of my day kitchen cooking in the kitchen. And the truth is I just love food, so there’s boring diet plans just did not work out for me. I love socializing. I love going out and eating with friends and family and I wanted something that was simple, like super simple, so that was easy, but it had enough flexibility so that I would never get bored with my food and then I could still go out and enjoy my wife and stay on the plan. So I realized that if I really wanted to get these types of results and stop serial dieting, like I talked about my previous video, that I needed to be certain about what I was doing and just have that standard blueprint that if I followed I could get results no matter what.
And I didn’t want to be on something. Like I didn’t want to have to go “on” something because I felt like I would come “off”. So I wanted a lifelong healthy lifestyle plan that I could lose weight. But at the same time it was realistic that I could still do every single day of my life. Even after I lost the weight because I didn’t want to gain the weight back, so I asked myself what does a perfect day of health and weight loss look like and what I realized is I was pretty much searching for like a daily checklist, right? Of things that if I did I would be super healthy and have the body that I want it. And when I realized that that checklist did not exist, I was like, oh, I have to create this. Right? So I went out to create this and let me tell you it was so not easy because I had to sift through all this false information out there and I had to go through hundreds of weight loss programs to try to figure out all the right things to do.
I wanted my body to be super healthy and achieve a state of homeostasis which is balanced. So anyways, this was just quite a undertaking to figure out like what was the perfect day? And it was really hard. But after years of dialing in the process and doing the research and diving all in, I finally collected all the pieces to the puzzle and put it together, and now I can proudly say that it’s just, it’s not only done and been created, but it continues to be used by thousands of women around the world who have completely changed their health and their body with this simple, proven daily checklist.
