So you might be asking yourself, what exactly is 3X Weight Loss and how is it different from everything else you’ve seen..

Anyone can go on a short term diet and lose a few pounds but I’m not interested in teaching you how to do that. I want you to have the power to be in full control of your body, to be the master over your health, and to be free from dieting forever!

It’s different from every other program out there because instead of addressing the symptom of having excess weight it addresses the cause(s).

Most diets and exercise programs fail because they fail to take into account what is causing the body to store fat in the first place. When you identify the real problem and fix it, weight loss will occur easily and naturally and will no longer be an issue for you.

It might surprise to you realize that in most cases body fat is not caused by eating too much food and not exercising enough.

The underlying reason for weight gain is actually a combination of hormonal imbalances, toxins, inflammation, poor gut health, eating the wrong foods and doing the wrong exercises. We will be addressing all of these things at the same time with the 3X Weight Loss Total Transformation Protocol.

Here is the second reason this program is different from everything else. If solving the true cause of body fat so that you can lose weight and keep it off is something you really want, you need to understand the basics of how your body works. There is just no other way around it.

So instead of just providing you with a list of foods to eat and some recipes and motivational tips, throughout this program I will not only be showing you what to do, but why you are doing it and how to do it.

First we work on correcting the underlying issues within your metabolism to convert your body from a fat-storing metabolism over into a fat-burning metabolism and get your body back into a state of homeostasis.

Homeostasis simply means balance. It means getting your body back to normal.

The 3X Weight Loss program is based off of the fat burning principles of the ‘Ketogenic Diet’.

The ‘Ketogenic Diet’ is currently the most popular weight loss program and for good reason. Not only does the keto diet work when nothing else does, it’s also scientifically backed. It is not just a “trend” or some diet fad. In fact, it is the way our body was originally designed to function and is the most natural method of fat burning there is.

If you are in what I call “sugar burning mode” which means your body is running off glucose, then you are not only storing excess food as fat but you cannot burn fat and will not lose weight.

If you are overweight it is a definite sign that your body is in sugar-burning / fat storing mode.

The key to losing weight lies in switching the body from a “sugar burning metabolism” over to a “fat burning metabolism” where it runs entirely on fat for fuel at which point it begins to access your stored fat and will use that for energy 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

This metabolic state of fat burning is known as ketosis and can be achieved in as little as a few days by following a ketogenic diet.

Now a very important thing to know is that even though getting your body into ketosis is highly effective for weight loss, not all ketogenic diets are safe or healthy.
