1) Certainty
Having certainty that this program will work for you is the number one most important thing. Notice I said “certainty” not belief. I want you to have more than just belief, I want to give you absolute certainty.
What creates unshakeable certainty is knowledge. When you know something and are absolutely certain about it, you don’t need belief because you have certainty.
You need certainty first in order to believe in yourself. And if you believe that you can succeed than you will. if you’re like, oh, I think this could work, it might work. Maybe i can try it, you’re going to struggle.
So with that, the only way you are going to get that certainty about all of this and how this program scientifically works with your body, is to go through each video in this app and you might need to go back through them time and time again. And that’s ok. The more times you go through these videos the more understanding you will have and the more certainty you’ll gain.
As soon as you have absolute certainty about how your body works, which is my whole objective with the 3x weight loss coaching program, you will be unshakable. You will be stable, you will be powerful, and you will make it to your goal. You won’t have to rely on anyone or anything because you’ll know for yourself exactly what to do.
2) Meal Prep
The simplest way to stick to the program is to be prepared by doing weekly meal prep. It may seem at first that you are spending a lot of time meal prepping, but once you get the hang of it becomes a weekly ritual that cuts out several hours per week in the kitchen and saves you hundreds of dollars on food each month.
I have created a guide for you called “Quick and Easy Meal Prep” that is located inside the membership site under the meal plan section.
This is a step-by-step meal prepping guide that walks you through exactly how and what to meal prep to get the most success out of this program.
Another quick tip I should mention here is to keep everything as simple as possible so that you don’t overwhelm yourself. This is why I created The Perfect Day meal plan template is for simplicity.
There’s no reason to try a new recipe for every meal for every day, although you can. I just suggest keeping it simple because that’s what’s going to be easiest for you until you get used to your new routine.
So start by just following The Perfect Day, which is the most simple meal plan on the planet, and just do it every day until you feel confident and comfortable enough to moving on to new recipes.
3) Get the 3X Supplements
I recommend using the 3X supplements along with the program because they will help transition your body into fat burning mode faster and will help you lose more weight without experiencing any negative side effects from detoxing like headaches, tiredness, etc. You can get the supplements inside the 3X Store.
4) Get into Momentum by not cheating
The next tip is to take advantage of momentum. Once you have transitioned your body into fat burning mode you’ll be burning fat pretty much 24/7. I mean all day long because there’s really no other choice for your body. There’s nothing else in there to burn. Your body runs off of glucose and if you aren’t getting it from sugar or other bad carbs, then it’s going to take that glucose from your stored fat cells, which is what you want.
It takes a minimum of 3 days and can take up to 4-6 weeks to fully transition your body into fat burning mode and during this process your body actually has to create “new machinery” inside of your cells to burn the fat. The building of this machinery takes a lot of nutrients and resources inside of your metabolism and is a lot of work at first, but once you fully adapt over to burning fat you start to get into momentum and your whole body will start functioning at a higher level.
So it gets really exciting because once you get into fat-burning mode, you just keep going and going and going and you don’t want to interrupt that process by cheating.
If you cheat, your body immediately switches back over into sugar burning mode and you might not lose weight again for up to three days.
So my recommendation, if you want to put your body on fat burning autopilot where it’s burning fat 24/7, if you want to experience a state of optimal performance of your metabolism, if you want to have ZERO cravings and ZERO hunger (which happens only when you fully adapt to fat burning) then Do not cheat. Not on Fridays. Not on Saturdays. Not once every two weeks. Don’t cheat at all because trust me, the momentum that you get is going to place your body into a fat-burning mode that will bring you closer to your goal weight faster than you’ve ever experienced before, faster than you ever thought possible.
Andrea who lost 76 pounds in 7 months and Audrey who lost 100 pounds in 9 months achieved those results because they did not cheat during that time.
Remember, You’ve had the past however many years to eat as many bad foods as you wanted to. And those foods will still be around when you have reached your goal.
For now It’s time to buckle down and do this all out for the next few weeks or months or for however long it takes for you to reach your weight loss goal and you will be so glad that you did, I promise.
5) Find an Accountability partner
This is very helpful because accountability partners keep you on track, they keep you accountable and they motivate you, so that’s a great idea, to share this program with a friend who can do it with you. You can start together, you can challenge each other, motivate each other. This is one of the most successful things that women do is get a friend to do the program with them. 6) Use The Tracking tools
One of the largest and longest-running weight loss study that was ever conducted proved something so simple, yet so effective.
