In this lesson I’ll give you a quick introduction to everything that’s included and how to use it.

Hey there, welcome back. In this video I’m going to walk you through the membership site and show you how to access everything that you need for this program. So I’m doing this tutorial on my desktop computer. So if you are on a mobile phone, which I’m assuming you are, then it’s going to look a little bit different than what you see here, but the basic functionality will be the same. And this site has been created to be 100 percent mobile responsive. It is designed to be accessed on a mobile phone. So that is super exciting and as we go through here it’s going to look a little bit different on my screen than it does on your phone. But again, it’s the same basic functionality. So where we are right now is we are on the dashboard. This is what you should see when you immediately log in and you will have these different options getting started.
If you scroll down on your phone you’re going to see Recipes and Meals, The Perfect Day, My Progress and Extras. So right now if you’re watching this video, you are right here inside of the Getting Started section and once you are inside of the Getting Started section, you will see a series of videos, and again this is going to look completely different for you guys because you are watching this on mobile.
But what you’ll see here is that there are some video lessons. So you’ve probably already watched. Welcome to 3X Weight Loss. What is 3X Weight Loss, and now you’re here How to Use This App. You’re going to continue on with the rest of the videos that are here for you inside of this section. These are all of the videos that are showing you how to get started on the program.
Now you’ll notice when you click on a video to watch it, it opens up what I call a video lesson page, and the video lesson page just simply has the video on it. It’s got a summary of what the video is about and then it’s also got the transcripts. This is very handy if you need to go back and reference something. You don’t have to watch the whole video again. You just simply open up the transcript and go to. Oh yeah, she said right here I needed to write down my 30 day goal. Then also underneath each video, if there is a download that goes along with the video lesson than it will be available to right here, and you will just simply click that and it will open up that download for you. So in this case, we’re watching the setting your goal video and I’ve got a goal formula cheat sheet for you right there.
So that’s basically what these video lessons are and the way that I set it up is that each video lesson is in a specific category of what that particular area is meant to help you with. So again, this is Getting Started. These are going to be all of the videos on Getting Started with the program.
Then the next section you’re going to see as Recipes and Meals when you click on Recipes and Meals, everything about food and the meal plan will be located in this section, so what we have here is Meal Plan Overview. You’re going to want to go through these videos and watch these particular videos so that you fully understand the entire meal plan. So we’ve got the Introduction. We’re going to show you which foods to stay away from and why. We’re going to show you what is the Perfect Diet, and then the 3X Weight Loss Meal Plan.
Again, when you click on these videos, you’re going to see not only the video itself, but you’ll have your summary or transcript and then whatever downloads go along with that particular video, so it’s very, very handy and easy to navigate and understand everything that you’re doing on the program. The next part of the Recipes and Meals section is the Meal Planner, and this is very, very exciting. I cannot wait to show you this awesome meal planner. Again, you will be doing all of this from your phone, but it is the same exact functionality. It just might look a little bit different. Okay, so this is the meal planner. So what I’m going to do just to show you some in a very basic way. I’m just going to show you how you can simply add meal plants. You would go through here and let’s just say you’re looking for chicken.
You’ll type in chicken and all of the recipes that have chicken in them are going to come up and then you’re going to add them to whatever day that you want to eat that particular thing. So as you can see, I’m just simply obviously doing this just to make it very easy and fast for this tutorial, but you can drag and drop everything into wherever you want it. And at the time of this recording, this functionality is not working, but we will have it available to where you can click this button and it’ll generate a meal plan for you. And whatever meal plan at generates, if you want to switch things around, change it up. Or if you don’t like something, you would just simply click on it and then hit delete and then you can add your own recipes. I’m also going to show you another way to add recipes to the meal planner, which is a lot easier than this, but I wanted to give you an idea of how this whole thing works.
So it’s a drag and drop menu planner. Based on the recipes that we have inside of the dashboard, we have over 700 different fat burning, 3X approved recipes that you can choose from. So you definitely have more than enough choices when it comes to eating healthy food. So let’s say that you’ve got your entire meal plan for the for the whole week, and you can build it out as long as you want, but let it just shows a week right here. And you’re ready to generate a shopping list. What this is going to do is it’s going to create a shopping list of all the ingredients that are needed for these recipes for your week of meal plans. So I’m just going to simply hit generate shopping list and you can see that during these dates, the 21st through the 27th, I want to generate the shopping list and these are the ingredients that I will need for this shopping list.
So when you’re on your phone, you can take this to the store and pull it up and then you just simply click it off as you get the items. You can also print this if you want to, um, and then bring it with you as a piece of paper to the grocery store as something else that’s really exciting is you can also add ingredient. So let’s say you want to pick up paper towels, then you would just simply enter in paper towels and it’ll show up on your list. You can use this as your grocery shopping list based on the meals that you planned for yourself for the week. The other thing that’s exciting is that you can also print these recipes. If you click on print recipes, it’s going to actually pull up a printable directions of all of the recipes for the week. This is very handy because you can obviously print it out and then just keep it in the kitchen with you.
I know that’s a feature that a lot of you have been asking for is a printable recipe, so we now have that so super exciting. So let’s go back and I will show you another way to access the meal planner through the recipes. This is the Recipe Hub. You’re going to click on Recipe Hub and it’s going to pull up all of the different categories that we have. We have soups, salads, main core sides, condiments, and beverages. Let’s just go ahead and click on beverages really quickly and I will show you how you can also add things to your meal planner. So I’m going to click on this Pumpkin smoothie recipe, and when it pulls it up, you’re going to see at the bottom. Now if you’re on your phone, these little icons are located in a different spot, but they are near the image.
You’re going to see a little printer which would print the recipe, and then you’re going to see this little calendar. When you click on that calendar, it’s going to bring up this little box, add to meal plan. You’re going to select the date that you want to add that to your meal plan, and then you’re going to select the course and it’s going to add it to your meal plan for you. This way is a lot easier because then you can go through all of the recipes and you can choose what you want based on, the rest of looking through the recipes instead of going to the meal planner first and trying to do it through the drop down menu where you kind of have to scroll through all these recipes. So if I go back to the Meal Planner and I’m going to see the Pumpkin smoothie is right there.
So it has been added to my meal planner. So this is a very, very fun thing to play around with and create your meal plans and print out your shopping list. So I’m super excited about this feature. So the next section that we have is the perfect day. So we’ve talked about getting started. We’ve gone through recipes and meals.
Now we’re going to go through the Perfect Day. In the Perfect Day section, I basically have added a couple different things. We’ve got the Perfect Day lessons. We’ve got the daily tracker lesson, a habit tracker lesson in a meal tracker lesson. I’m going to click on the Perfect Day and go through this really quickly and show you what we’ve got. What this is is it’s basically just a walk through of the perfect day and I broke it out into what is the Perfect Day and then all of the Daily Fat Burning Actions, and I dive deep into each one of these daily fat burning actions that you can understand why you’re doing that particular thing and how it’s going to help you get the best results on the program.
So you want to make sure that you go through each one of these videos so that you fully understand what it is that you’re supposed to be doing every single day. Then you’re also going to see here I’m going to click on this Perfect Day video. Again, it’s going to pull up video lesson page with the summary of the transcript and what we have here is the Perfect Day Template which will walk you through visually what a Perfect Day looks like, and then we’ve also got the Perfect Day Manifesto. This is something that I created to keep you motivated to do perfect days. Then we’re going to go over after we’ve gone through the perfect day lessons. You’re going to go over to the Daily Tracker. The Daily Tracker is a very important part of the program. This video is going to show you how to use the Daily Tracker and then you can either print the Daily Tracker through this PDF.
There’s 30 days of Daily Tracking sheets here. You can use that if you prefer to use pen and paper or we actually have a digital Daily Tracker now, which is really exciting. I will show you that in just a moment. So again, you’re going to watch this video. You’re going to either download the guide or you can use the digital version, and then you’re going to go to Habit Tracker and there’s going to be a video here that shows you how to use the Habit Tracker. And again, you’ll have your download right here, and then the same thing under Meal Tracker. It will show you what the Meal Tracker is all about and a little download for you to be able to use. So that is the Perfect Day section. So now let’s go over to My Progress. When you go to My Progress, this is going to be where you can enter in your progress.
So you’re going to start with your weight and you’ll start by clicking this button here, set your goal weight. You’re going to set what your goal weight is, and that’s going to appear right here. And then when you hit add weight, you’re going to be for the first time, you’re going to be adding what your start weight is. And then every time you weigh in it’s going to show you your current weight. So it’s going to show you your start weight, where you’re at and where you’re trying to go, and it’s going to graph this nicely on this chart for you to see. Same thing with measurements, you’ll click the add measurement button and then you’ll add in all of your different measurements and it’s going to track all those measurements for you in a graph. And then you’ll also be able to see down here, it’s just going to create a nice spreadsheet for you. of all of your information.
The next thing that’s super exciting ladies is the 3X Daily Tracker, so this is going to be where you come to track your perfect days and what you do is you simply click add points, click new, and then the whole entire perfect day is broken up right here for you into the daily actions along with the points that you get for doing each daily actions. Let’s just go ahead and go through here really quickly and fill out our perfect day and I broke everything out very specifically so that you can. It’s a lot easier to use than the old tracker. Okay? And then let’s say it got 10 points for doing the tracker and then I’m going to click zero because I didn’t have any penalties. I was a good girl and I click okay and it’s going to basically generate the points.
Now you can see here it entered to 40 here. It still says zero, but I’m pretty sure the next time you come to the page I’m just going to refresh it really quickly and see if that did it. Okay. So let’s see here. Okay. It might just take a moment to update but it’ll show I’m your points here and then it’ll show the amount of perfect days that you’ve done here. And this is really exciting because then you can see visually what was your highest score and then how many perfect days you did.
So the next section that we have here is the Extras section. When you go to Extras, you’re going to see that there is different options here, I’ll go back to the home so that you can see it. Okay? So when you’re on the home screen and you go over here to Extras, it’s going to pull up the Video Library, the Resources and Guides, the Referral Program, the 3X Store and the Facebook Group.
So the Video Library is just simply a library of all of the videos that I am going to do. I’m constantly on a ongoing basis to provide you with the most relevant, up to date scientific information having to do with weight loss and also videos with tips and strategies on how to get the best results. So you’ll want to come here frequently and check out these videos. These are videos that are in addition to the Getting Started and the Perfect Day videos. This is where all of the other videos are going to be. So you’ll want to go through the videos that are inside of this program, inside of this section. The next section is Resources and Guides. When you click on this, this is going to be sort of like the library for all of the different guides that we have available to you with this program. So you’ll be able to go through here and just look at all of the different guides and again, we will be changing these and updating over time. So you’ll always see new stuff being added.
The Referral Program is simply just where you go to get your referral links. If you decide that you want to share the program with other people. Then we’ve got the 3X Store where we have all of our different options for supplements and all of the goodies that help you with the 3X Weight Loss Program.
And then we’ve got our Facebook Group. So when you click on Facebook Group, it’s going to give you access to our private Facebook group.
So that is the 3X Weight Loss Membership site. And this is where you are going to be coming on a daily basis to use all these tools and go through all of these videos to get the best results on this program. I am so excited for you and I will see you in the next video.
