What do I mean by that?
Wouldn’t it be so nice to just wake up every single day and want to eat healthy food?
To have the time to prepare healthy meals and not stress everyday about what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
To have so much energy you feel like you HAVE for a walk or get some exercise…
To not crave sugar and bad carbs and bad fats and all that junk food….
To not have food addictions and bad habits that are not serving you…
To just feel light, healthy, energetic and….normal every. single. day.
Where you’re not on a “diet”…
You’re not on the latest fad..
You’re not on a “cleanse”…
Wouldn’t that be an incredible way to live?
So how do you do this?
It’s all just a shift..
I did diet after diet after diet until I couldn’t get results anymore and then had no choice but to figure it out because i wasn’t just going to settle for no results.
I had to make the switch from effect to cause.
Instead of being a “serial dieter” I became a lifer. This is my life.
It’s a progressive road, a journey, always learning, etc.
It is my intention throughout this program to help you transition physically and mentally out of the miserable world of dieting and step into your new reality and make the shift from a dieter to a lifer.
So your first step, before beginning this program is to step into your new identity as a 3X Lifer.
You are no longer someone who isn’t in control, who doesn’t understand how their body works. you are no longer a victim or at the effect of your weight or the state of your health. You are not a slave to food and you do not have addictions that control you. You are no longer a dieter.
You do what it takes to gain unshakeable certainty and belief in yourself.
You give your body what it needs to thrive.
You plan, prepare and take causative action to ensure you make the right choices and have full control with every meal -every day.
You create the body you want and the health that you deserve.
